An Ohio girl who was charged with fatally shooting her 71-year-old father will not be tried as an adult.  The high school freshman from Hamilton, Ohio, was charged with aggravated murder in the shooting death of James Allen Ponder.  But a Butler County judge ruled on Monday that the teen's case will remain in juvenile court. The judge said the case is serious, but she considered the girl's age and lack of a prior record.
