Originally posted September 6th: Jonny Moseley, an Olympic gold medalist in moguls, announced today that he and his wife, Malia, welcomed a son on Wednesday, September 5. The couple named their first child Jonathan but will call him Jack. Both mother and son are ‘just great‘, reported Jonny.
When asked about his role in the labor and delivery Jonny gave credit where credit was due.
I was in there coaching her — helping her — but obviously she did all the work. I could see the dedication and pain tolerance you need to get through these moments.
When the 32-year-old was asked how witnessing his son’s birth ranked with his other achievements and accomplishments, the former The Battle of the Sexes host said,
I have the same feeling as if I just won something or landed a trick.
The couple announced the pregnancy in April.
